Environmental policy
All of our products are dispatched in robust packaging with the minimum of unnecessary packaging materials. Where possible we use recycled materials including mail and packing boxes, shipping bags and materials. Our dispatch centre operates from power supplied by renewable energy
Returns policy
You can return an item to us within 14 of purchase.
Free delivery
We dispatch everything with free delivery. We hate it when you buy stuff and then get hit at checkout with ridiculous shipping costs so we will ALWAYS HAVE A FREE SHIPPING option for every product in our store. This is typically a 2nd class service by the Royal Mail. Every product on sale has a price for an additional postal service if it suits your needs better.
With the easing of COVID restrictions we can now arrange for items to be collected from our dispatch centre in Westerham, Kent. Please select collection when you checkout and let us know what time to would like to take your items.
